A fit woman is easy to spot— she’s carrying a gym bag, pounding back a protein shake, talking about her last workout, and she’s boldly self-confident. Most men say they’d like to date a fit woman, but here are a few things you should know: She likes to eat…a lot. Since she trains hard, her body is burning tons of calories. So she doesn’t mess around when it’s meal time. She’s not a “I’ll just have a salad” kinda girl and doesn’t skimp on portions. But sorry guys, except for the occasional cheat meal she mostly eats clean. She has a schedule and likes to stick to it. Her workouts are planned ahead of time. You’ll be hard pressed to repeatedly ask her to change it for you. Be respectful of her schedule. And never tell her “it’s just CrossFit” or whatever the sport may be. Respect her time and she will respect you. She has a lot of guy friends. Since she spends considerable time at the gym, especially in the lifting room, she’s gotten to know a lot of the members there who happen to be men. Sometimes, after a good workout they go out for a quick bite. Don’t be intimidated. For the most part, she sees them as her brothers, not necessarily as love interests. She secretly wants you to feel her biceps. But not publicly! She’s humble when it comes to compliments about her super strong body. She also doesn’t see the need to flaunt it in front of others. However, behind closed doors, she doesn’t mind if you give her bicep a squeeze here or there. She’s not afraid of a challenge. If you dare to challenge her, beware because she thrives on competition. She’ll call you on your bluff and bring her A game. Watch out—believe it or not she’s either squatted or deadlifted your weight.
